Terms of service

..WILL.DRAW..gore, nsfw, candy gore, mecha, basically anything that does not involve hate speech...WILL.NOT.DRAW...anything involving direct hate speech toward a minority or group, or promotional content for AI or cryptocurrency

These Terms of Service are in effect as of December 29, 2024

By commissioning me, Axel/Axelistek (“the Artist”), you (“the Client”) confirm that you have read and agree to the following Terms of Service. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in your commission being declined, canceled (with or without a refund), or added to a blacklist. Please be aware that these Terms of Service are subject to change at any time without prior notice

GENERAL

  • Tracing or copying any of my artwork is strictly prohibited

  • Do not upload my work to AI generators under any circumstances.

  • My artwork and designs are NEVER to be used for NFTs. Additionally, do not use my work to promote or profit from cryptocurrency.

  • All commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only. Reselling or using my art as merchandise is not allowed unless explicitly agreed upon.

  • Refunds are not available once the commission is complete.

ARTIST

  • I retain all copyright rights to my artwork and may advertise or display it unless the commissioner specifically requests privacy

  • I have the right to decline any commission request.

COMMISSIONER

  • The commissioner may re-upload their commissioned artwork anywhere, provided proper credit is given. Only the watermarked file should be shared publicly

  • The commissioner cannot claim the commissioned artwork as their own

  • The commissioned artwork cannot be used for commercial purposes unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.

  • For YouTube, Twitch, or merchandise use, a contract will be drafted based on the terms discussed.

  • Personal accessories (e.g., acrylic charms, t-shirts) are allowed as long as they are for personal use only and not for commercial resale.

PAYMENT

  • I currently accept payments in EUR via PayPal

  • For payment in increments, an invoice must be paid before I begin the commission. Work will not start until full payment is received

  • Refunds are available only during the sketch stage. Once the sketch is approved, a full refund is no longer an option:

  • 50% refund is available after the sketch phase.

  • 30% refund is available after the lineart stage.

  • No refunds will be issued after the coloring or completion of the commission.

PROCESS

  • Full payment is required before I begin the commission. Please ensure you have the necessary funds, or the commission will be declined.

  • All commissions are digital. No physical copies will be provided, and there will be no shipping. The client is paying for a service and a digital product.

  • I will send sketches of the commission via the agreed-upon social media messaging platform. Large edits are allowed at this stage, with a limit of 5 edits. After that, there will be an additional $3 charge per edit.

  • Once the sketch is approved and finalized, only small edits can be made (e.g., color changes, adding piercings). A limit of 5 small edits applies before an additional $3 charge per edit.

  • Commissions will be completed within a maximum of 1 month. I will notify you of any delays.
